The Importance of an Infrastructure in an Organization

An organization without an infrastructure will have a hard time succeeding. This was what I had realized during class. The organization has to be aware of its dependencies and how they work to help the organization reach its goals. It also surprised me when it was mentioned that our connections will become a factor for our employment or tenure in an organization. Who we know will be as important as what we know. Time to dust off the old filo. Hahaha!
