Grim First Week Of Classes

Ok, so you may ask why grim? My uncle (mother's side) passed away last wednesday. He had cancer of the limphnodes. I will miss him as he was the hippest, most makulit uncle that we have ever known. He would always made us laugh as he never runs out of witty retorts. He requested that he be cremated and so he was.

What a weird past few months this has been now that I think about it. Starting November all the way to this month, people have been passing away. It's as if Death was on a killing spree. First, Grandma passed away, out of cardiac arrest. Uncle (father's side) in the province passed away for nearly the same reason. Then now this.

*Sigh* As mom would say, it was probably just their time to go. It made me realize how very fragile our lives are. We cannot take a single minute for granted.
