Tacit to Explicit

This was an interesting topic. Transforming tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge was a bit confusing. I think that I over thought it  too much as it's much simpler than it sounds. Basically it's being able to map or describe what it is exactly that we do and how we were able to put it into practice in our everyday jobs. Like a list of instructions that we subconsciously follow at work. Knowing how to transform such knowledge allows us to share with others how we do things. This is useful in case we want to train someone who will be taking our place some day.
